Main Application
This medical imaging film works with dedicated medical thermal printers to output digitally-processed medical image data. The printed films serve for physicians' diagnostic reference and long-term archiving as patients' medical records. Compatible with CR, DR, CT, MRI and other medical diagnostic modalities, the product is well-suited for hospitals and physical examination centers of all scales.
Manufacturing Technology
The product is manufactured by multi-layer slide-bead coating: thermographic coating fluid formulated with highly-dispersed nanomaterials and thermally-conductive protective film coating fluid are sequentially coated onto a blue transparent polyester base, then subjected to drying treatment. The unified grains in image receiving layer is as fine as 3 micro’s, and three grains combine into a pixel receiving unit, the maximum resolution can reach upto 1000 DPI theoretically. (See Figure 1)
Product Features
The film faithfully reproduces fine details of various medical images, featuring distinct image gradation, low fog density, high blackening density, low production cost and easy operation.
